Capsule is a startup studio for early-stage founders. Most ideas fail not because they're bad, but because they're built before anyone has properly tested whether the problem is real, the customer is reachable and the opportunity is big enough to be worth the commitment.

We work with founders at the very beginning — sometimes with nothing more than a conviction and a rough sketch. Through a structured validation process we pressure-test the idea against evidence, shape a focused minimum viable product, and give founders a clear, evidence-backed recommendation: proceed, refine, or stop.

Capsule is built by a small team of product, design and strategy practitioners who have shipped products from scratch, raised capital and felt the cost of building the wrong thing. We created Capsule to be the partner we wish we'd had at the start — honest, evidence-led and focused on helping founders make the right call before months of effort or hundreds of thousands of dollars are committed.
